Programmes can be booked either by an individual, or by an employer for an employee.

A career coaching programme helps the coachee overcome career challenges and unlock their true potential.

Client-centred approach

• In-depth initial consultation
• 3–12+ session-length packages
• A tailored programme featuring one-on-one sessions
• Integration into coaching, as required, of learning diagnostics and assessments and/or development products (additional cost may apply)
• Actionable plans for immediate implementation in the coachee's professional life
• Ongoing support and accountability throughout the coaching journey

When engaged by an employer the package includes - along with coaching the individual - scoping and review with the coachee's primary sponsor (typically the line manager).

Fiona generally provides the service over Teams or Zoom. In-person coaching is available on request, at an enhanced charge rate. Extension packages are also available.
