Fiona Wilson combines over 16 years of coaching experience with more than 25 years’ recruitment industry experience.

Fiona founded FJWilson Talent Services in 2009, as a specialist talent agency providing services to regulators, membership bodies, awarding bodies, learning providers, and charities. Fiona continues to lead the FJWilson Talent Services team, taking charge of senior and C-suite searches.

Previously, Fiona acquired substantial experience of the recruitment industry working for Adecco, Kelly Services, and Hobsons.

Since 2010, Fiona has also volunteered her time for Pilotlight, a registered charity. She has been part of six Pilotlight teams helping chief executives of charities and social enterprises to build capacity and increase impact.
